Kink feels inherently queer to me. Allowing space and freedom to explore those parts of yourself without judgment. Then discovering all the ways your kinks are interlinked with your past and present. Realising how shame doesn’t have to be entangled in desire and if there is shame allowing it to bring you a little closer to understanding yourself. And sometimes it’s just hot being tied up and on your knees.
